Materials Needed:

  • 4-5mm Crochet Hook (I Use 4.25mm)
  • Chunky Yarn (Premier Yarns Parfait Chunky Or Himalaya Dolphin Baby Yarn Are Both Good)
  • 12mm Safety Eyes
  • Black Embroidery Thread
  • Yarn Needle
  • Scissors

Abbreviations

  • Mr: Magic Ring
  • Ch: Chain
  • Sc: Single Crochet
  • Inc: Increase (Two Sc In One Stitch)
  • Dec: Decrease (One Sc Through Two Stitches Using Invisible Decrease Technique)
  • St: Stitch
  • Slst: Slip Stitch
  • R: Round

Step By Step Pattern

Head:

Start Off With Bun Color

  • 1: Mr 8sc (8)
  • 2: (Inc)*8 (16)
  • 3: (Sc 1, Inc)'8 (24)
  • 4: (Sc 3, Inc) 6 (30)
  • 5: (Sc 4, Inc) 6 (36)
  • 6-8: Sc All Around (36)

Switch To Tomato Color

Tomato:

  • 9: Blo Sc All Around (36)

Switch To Meat Color

Meat:

  • 10: Blo Sc All Around (36)
  • 11: Sc All Around (36)

Switch To Bun Color

Bottom Bun

  • 12: Blo Sc All Around In Bun Color (36)
  • 13: (Sc 4, Dec)*6 (30)

Start Stuffing. Insert Eyes Between R6-7, 6 Stitches Apart.

  • 14: (Sc 3, Dec)*6 (24)
  • 15: (Sc 1, Dec) 8 (16)
  • 16: (Dec)*8 (8)

Finish Off And Leave A Long Tail To Sew Your Bear-ger Shut!

Lettuce:

  • Insert Your Hook Into The First Front Loop From The Tomato On R9.
  • Make Sure That The Head Is Facing The Bottom When You Insert Your Hook.
  • (Sc, Hdc)*18 All Around (36) Finish Off And Hide The Tail.

Nose/muzzle:

Using Nose Color Of Your Choice

  • 1: Mr 8sc (8)
  • Finish Off And Leave A Long Tail To Sew Onto The Head.
  • Embroider On Black Nose And Sew Muzzle Between R6-7 In Between The Eyes! 🙂

Ears:

Using Bun Color

  • 1: Mr 4sc (4)
  • 2: Ch1, Turn, (Inc)*4 (8)
  • Chi And Finish Off. Leave Long Tail To Sew Onto Head Between R3-7.
  • Make Two Of These!
